ctrl+s used to open Go to on the source you were in, so searching for something elsewhere meant picking All first.

• Go to opens on All: a search finds anything at once.
• ctrl+s again in Go to narrows to the source you came from, and once more back to All. The hint line names it (ctrl+s only platform-dev / ctrl+s searches all). From Favourites or Recent it goes to Search.
• g/G (and home/end) go to the top/bottom of the list with the cursor while browsing.
• Tabs are now Search, Favourites, Recent.
• The scope list is grouped like the Sources pane: All, then each account (or Databricks, or Repos) with its sources indented under it. This replaces All Azure / All Databricks / All repos. An account scope searches and loads only that account; ctrl+s on a group header narrows to that group.
• docs/keys.md updated; tests cover opening on All, narrowing and back, g/G.
