Every pane now gives its selected row a background. Before, panes that weren't focused showed it in bold only, which was hard to see without a theme. The plugin's theme gives those rows CursorLine, so the problem only showed outside Neovim. The focused pane's row is also bold.
The background is a shade of the terminal's own background. lazysecrets asks the terminal for its background colour and shades it a little lighter on a dark background, or darker on a light one: 9% in the focused pane, 5% in the others. Palette 8 was often too bright to read coloured rows on.
Palette 8 stays as the fallback until the terminal answers, or if it never does.
Theme settings still win: selectedLineBgColor and inactiveViewSelectedLineBgColor override the shade.
