Adds a fake "Repos" provider to --demo, for README screenshots:

payments-api, the repo it was started in, listed at the top as Repo · payments-api. It has SOPS YAML for prod (age and azure_kv) and for staging, an encrypted JSON file, and a gitignored .env. The prod file holds a JSON value, so it shows the formatted view.
platform-infra: SOPS files, and a tracked plain scripts/.env, marked in red.
web-frontend: an encrypted .env.production, and an untracked .env.local.

Every file has details on l: encryption, keys, when it was encrypted, git status and last commit. As with real repos, demo repo secrets have no versions.

Also includes README edits to the feature list: shorter Read-only, Search and Share links bullets, Favourites "for easy access", and the expiry bullet without the removed command.
