chore: .mailmap shows Gitea's old noreply.localhost addresses as noreply.git.kebcloud.no (#62)

Gitea wrote merges as 1+keb@noreply.localhost and 3+renovate-bot@noreply.localhost until NO_REPLY_ADDRESS was set. git log, shortlog and blame now show those as noreply.git.kebcloud.no, without rewriting history.
