Since the disk cache, a list can come from a run hours or days ago until it reloads in the background. While it reloads, the pane's bottom border now says how old it is: cached 3h ago · 2 of 3. Only for lists older than the 2-minute cache TTL, so fresh ones stay quiet.

Also fixes the Sources pane losing its spinner while reloading lists from the cache at startup.

  • panes.List.Age, shown by the counter while loading; Refresh clears it
  • cachedAge / oldestSources in the app
  • test: TestCacheFileSaysItsAge; docs/config.md
