A [0] lazysecrets v0.2.0 pane on top of the left column, three rows high:

0 focuses it; the right pane (Fields) then lists:

version, update status (U updates; "up to date · checked 2h ago"), license and copyright;
each account: subscriptions or workspaces, or "sign-in required" (L on the row signs in to that one);
config, state and cache files: e opens one in the editor (the e code from #1, split into openInEditor), y copies the path;
docs, source and issues: o opens, y copies the URL (the rows show it shortened).

enter on the status pane goes into its rows; shift+tab comes back. tab/l keep cycling the four main panes; 0 reaches status. Zoom and pane resizing leave it alone (half zoom gives it the zoomed column's width). The version and ↑ label leave the footer.

Also fixes y in the right pane: with Fields shown (a vault, a subscription, since #9), it copied the selected secret's value, because a secret is always selected underneath. Now Fields win.

Tests: the test terminal grows by the pane's 3 rows (100×33) so the others keep their sizes. New TestStatusPane: line, rows, enter, L target, y copies a path, o opens a link, back with shift+tab. Version and update tests now look in the status pane; golden regenerated.

The embedded changelog (with links to PRs and commits) follows in its own PR.
